On this occasion we did a re-point of existing patio, install of a new lower deck and a feature circle kit.

We recently replaced an old, dated and broken concrete driveway. Our client wanted a more modern looking driveway and new safer steps leading to both doors.

The old driveway was replaced was mixed sized Indian sandstone slabs in Raj.

At MKM, we don’t just do NEW patio’s, we can also repair and re-condition patio’s that are in need of a little TLC.

We were approached by a client with a perfectly adequate patio, slabs were still in good condition but c.50% of them were loose, so we took them up, re-laid and re-pointed and the patio was left looking brand new 😌

Another returning customer 🙂

This time we were tasked with extending the previous patio we paid. We ripped up the existing, basic slabs and replaced with large grey Indian sandstone slabs.

Before and after photo’s of a patio refurb we completed. We ripped up the existing and dated crazy paving and replaced with Indian sandstone paving. Repair works also carried out to the existing retaining wall to ensure it was fit for purpose for the new patio.

The customer was so please, they got us back to carry out further works.

Here’s one of our 2024 brick paved driveway replacements.

All bricks replaced with new from FLB, problem puddle areas flattened and we altered the entrance with new edging, leaving this new driveway looking 👌🏼

We were called by this client due to rain water getting in to the garage.

In order to fix the issue, we installed acco drains running both ways in to storm drains with a brick upstand.

The client also wanted a hard storage area adding to the side of the garage for log/garden storage.
