Every seal was leaking, equipment bay was a mess, control panel didn’t work, cover needed replacing - all been stripped back and redone, as well as a major deep clean giving it a chance to go on for another 15 years 💥

Full Service after building works on this hot tub based in Horsham, West Sussex.

Unused for 6 months whilst work was going on, we stepped in to get it back in action 🤝

Complete overhaul of this 15 year old hot tub in East Grinstead, West Sussex 🙌

Initial check on job found faults in the circuit board - air blower relay was intermittent, heater relay not coming on and pump was seized. Leak was also found on one of the pepper-pot fittings.

Upon return the hot tub had a full transformation, BP200UX board fitted, 2 Speed Vian 3HP Pump, New Balboa Topside, as well as a much needed hot tub flush and service.

This has given the hot tub a reset for many years to come. Since the overhaul before Christmas, no issues have occurred since 😍

Retrofitting a new Vian control system + rewiring all LEDs on a 10 year old whirlpool bath in Lewes.

whirlpool bath parts for the initial repair were discontinued therefore this was the fastest and most reliable fix to get the Hot Tub back up and running.

Future proofed now for many years to come 🥳

“Marcus of MG Hot Tubs came to repair my hot tub as it kept tripping the circuit breaker. He sourced the issue quickly and replaced the heater element. I was very impressed so booked him in to service my hot tub. He returned within a few days and did an excellent job, taking care in the detail of the service and the cleaning of the hot tub too. The job took longer as I’d asked for a new spa cover lifter. As Marcus unpacked and fitted it he wasn’t happy with the quality or fit so he said he would source a better one. He didn’t charge me for the original lift.

The hot tub looks great, the water quality is spot on. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Marcus and MG Hot Tubs for a reliable quality, expert service, that still puts integrity, customer service and professionalism at the top of their list.”
