🛁✨ A little throwback to Star’s very first bath! ✨🛁

Not long after joining the Terrier Pest Control family, Star had her first bath… and let’s just say she wasn’t overly impressed! 😂🐶

Fast forward and she’s settled in brilliantly, growing in confidence every day and getting stuck into life with the team. 💚🐾

We’re excited to share more of her journey as she continues her training and prepares for the job she was bred to do! 🌟

Customer: “I think there might be a few moths.”

The rug: 💀💀💀💀💀

Safe to say it was a little worse than expected! 😳

This rug had THOUSANDS of moths trapped in it. 🤯

Did you know? Carpet moth larvae feed on natural fibres like wool, carpets and rugs, often causing damage long before you realise you have a problem.

Thankfully, this was one for the dream team! 💚

🐝 BEE RELOCATION 🐝

Not every buzzing insect needs removed. Bees play a vital role in pollinating our plants, flowers and crops, making them incredibly important to our environment. 🌼🌿

💚 At Terrier Pest Control, we always aim to identify the species first and, where possible, work with local beekeepers to safely relocate bees rather than destroy them.

If you’re unsure whether you’ve got bees, wasps or a nest on your property, don’t panic and don’t disturb them, just send us a photo or get in touch for advice.

Did you know a wasp nest can grow from just a few wasps in spring to thousands by late summer? 😳

Common places we find nests:
✔️ Loft spaces
✔️ Sheds and garages
✔️ Wall cavities
✔️ Roof eaves
✔️ Trees and bushes

🚨 If you notice wasps repeatedly flying to and from the same spot, there’s a good chance a nest is nearby!

❌ Don’t block the entrance.
❌ Don’t try to knock it down.

Meet the newest member of the Terrier Pest Control team…

⭐ STAR ⭐

Short for Superstar! 🐾❤️

Star comes from an exceptional line of Sealyham Terriers, with champions throughout her pedigree and parents who have both been health tested and are PLL clear. Her mum, Winter, is a successful show dog who even won her class at Crufts 2025, and Star has inherited the same confident and loving nature. 🏆

She’s already settling in brilliantly and has a big future ahead of her. We can’t wait to share her journey with you all as she grows, trains, and becomes part of the Terrier Pest Control family.

Keep an eye on our page over the next few days, as we’ll be sharing photos from Star’s adventure home and her first bath! 🚢🛁
