Not what I wanted or expected to do but the amount of last minute cancellations and no replies has given me no option to do this but!!

With immediate effect I will be introducing a cancellation fee of £10 for any appointments that are cancelled/or have been less than 24 hours before the scheduled time. It will need to be paid before booking again or added to your next service with me.

£10 doesn’t even cover the the cost of the products never mind the service alone.

I understand emergencies can happen but I will be sticking to this rule as much as possible for the forsable future.

And as also thank you for your continued support it really does help me make a big difference within my self/ my business ❤️
