I wanted to share a few important points to help things run smoothly for everyone:
💳 PAYMENTS
All payments are due on the day of your clean – this can be made before I arrive, while I’m at your property, or before the working day ends. Lately, late payments have become more frequent, so please help me out by paying on time. If you’re ever having any issues or need to make alternative arrangements, just send me a message and we can work something out – communication is key!
➕ EXTRAS
Please note that if you’d like extra time added to your clean, specific additional tasks done, or services like changing bedding that aren’t included in your standard general clean, please let me know before your scheduled visit. These extras will incur an additional charge, so we can discuss everything and agree on costs in advance.
🤒 SICKNESS NOTICE
If anyone in your home has been unwell or had symptoms within the 48 hours before I’m due to arrive, please let me know straight away. As a small business owner and a mum, I simply can’t afford to get sick myself or risk bringing illness home to my own children. I really appreciate your understanding with this.
💛 A NOTE FROM ME
I pride myself on being flexible, fair, and accommodating – I never charge late fees, cancellation fees, or admin fees, even when that means I’m left out of pocket.
Running a small self-employed business is hard work, and I do my best to keep my prices as low as possible for you all – in fact, I haven’t increased my rates in a long time, I know we are all feeling the pinch at the moment !
I appreciate every single one of my customers for the support and trust you place in me . All I ask in return is that we keep communicating openly and that payments are made promptly on time
