Happy Start Date, Freddie, Olivia, and Frisco! 🎊

Freddie officially joined the Lenz team in 2022 as a Service Technician. Through his strong leadership and dedication he has become a trusted leader in the field and has taken his new role of Service Manager in stride. Freddie is committed to continued growth and regularly participates in HVAC classes and training opportunities to expand his knowledge and sharpen his skills. His drive to learn and help other succeed has made a lasting impact on our team. We are thankful to have Freddie on our team and look forward to many more successful years!

Olivia also joined the Lenz team in 2022 as an Office Assistant. She has continuously shown leadership and commitment. She is a true leader, and has recently stepped into her new role as our Operations Manager with enthusiasm. Her new role has proven how valuable her team first qualities truly are. Olivia's high energy and passion make an impact every day. She has helped create a supportive environment for both our team and homeowners.
