Twenty years ago on July 10, 2006, Top Job Services officially became a company.

What started with one big dream by a child in a onesie pushing a vacuum, has grown into two decades of serving businesses and homeowners across Central Iowa.

Over the last 20 years, we’ve had the privilege of building relationships with incredible clients, working alongside dedicated employees, and earning the trust to care for everything from family homes to some of Iowa’s most recognizable commercial properties.

This milestone isn’t just about how long we’ve been in business. It’s about the thousands of partnerships we’ve built, the millions of square feet we’ve cleaned, and the people who’ve made it all possible.

To every client who trusted us, every employee who gave their best, and every partner who believed in us—thank you. You are the reason we’ve reached this milestone.

This one meant a lot to us.

One of our newer clients took time out of their team meeting yesterday to recognize our cleaning crew—and you can see how much it meant to them.

We talk a lot about cleaning, but what really makes everything work is trust, respect, and showing up consistently.

Our team shows up every day ready to do things the right way, and it’s pretty special when a client notices that and celebrates it.

Couldn’t be more proud of this group. 👏

Fresh. Cleaned. Ready to go.

We NEVER reuse dirty rags from one job to the next.
No “hang it on the cart and use it later.”
No spreading germs from one area to another.

Instead:
🧼 Washed + sanitized every night
🎨 Color-coded for different tasks (no cross-contamination)
🚫 One use → then straight to laundry

Because using a dirty rag doesn’t clean… it just moves dirt around 😬

It might seem like a small thing, but it’s one of the biggest reasons our clients notice the difference.

Clean should actually mean clean.

Big things are happening in our community! 🎉

We’re excited to share that our team has been hard at work on the brand new 40,000 sq. ft. Reichardt Recreation Center! 💪

From top to bottom, we’ve been tackling the post-construction clean, making sure every corner is spotless and ready for YOU to enjoy. It’s been amazing to watch this space come to life, and we’re proud to play a part in preparing it for the community.
