🚧 The Modern Dad is at it again! 🔨

We’re working with a wonderful family to transform their outdoor space by removing two existing screens and replacing them with beautiful custom privacy walls.

Today, we focused on:
✔️ Removing the screens
✔️ Building and installing the wood framing
✔️ Prepping and painting the siding

Tomorrow, we’ll complete the project by:
✔️ Installing the finished siding
✔️ Completing any paint touch-ups
✔️ Mounting the TV for the ultimate outdoor living space

Just in time for summer! ☀️

We love helping families create functional, beautiful spaces where they can relax, entertain, and make memories all season long.

The Modern Mom had the pleasure of organizing a beautiful master closet for one of our wonderful Nocatee families—and now we’re back transforming their pantry just in time for summer!

A well-organized pantry isn’t just about looking pretty; it’s about creating function, flow, and simplicity for busy families. Everything now has a designated home, making meal prep, grocery shopping, and everyday life so much easier.

We’re still waiting on a few wicker baskets that were unfortunately delayed in shipping, but once they arrive, we’ll add the finishing touches to complete the space.

We absolutely love creating organized systems that are both beautiful and practical. ✨

THIS🙌

I cleaned my house to save money.
I cooked food at home to save money.
I price-matched different grocery stores to save money.

I never paid anyone to do anything for me, even though I was in a position to afford it. What I didn't realize was everything I did to save money took so much time and energy out of my life.

Cleaning my house took 4 hours.
Preparing meals took 4 hours.
Price-matching and going to different grocery stores took 4 hours.

One of my managers after seeing all this effort I was going through to save a few dollars told me "Leila, you spend 12 hours a week doing things to save money. If you took those 12 hours to close 3 more sales? You can pay people to do the rest of the work that is taking you 12 hours."

When I listened to his advice and put all of my attention into making more money instead of saving pennies, I was able to buy back my time and make more money while doing it.
