What actually happens during a pool closing? Swipe through our winterizing checklist ➡️

1️⃣ Deep clean — walls, floor and surfaces brushed and vacuumed so nothing sits in there all winter.
2️⃣ Balance the water and add a winter chemical treatment that holds through the off-season.
3️⃣ Lower the water to the correct winterizing depth.
4️⃣ Winterize the plumbing — every return line and skimmer blown out and plugged so a hard freeze can't crack them.
5️⃣ Install your winter safety cover, fitted and anchored to the deck.
6️⃣ Finish with a condition report and what to expect at spring opening.

Fall in the Mid-South = leaves EVERYWHERE. 🍁 Leaves sitting in your pool can clog skimmers, stain surfaces, and throw off your chemistry. Practical tip: empty skimmer & pump baskets often this time of year. Rather skip the chore? Our weekly and bi-weekly maintenance plans have you covered.
