All Clean Pools LLC is hiring a full-time Office Operations Manager to oversee customer communication and coordinate daily service operations.
This is a key role in a fast-paced, established pool service company.
Schedule:
Monday–Friday 8am–6pm
Saturday 9am–3pm (phone availability required)
We are looking for someone who:
• Takes ownership and responsibility
• Communicates professionally and confidently
• Stays organized under pressure
• Is dependable and consistent
Responsibilities:
• Manage incoming customer calls and texts
• Coordinate scheduling and communication with field technicians
• Handle billing questions and service concerns
• Maintain organized service records
• Create structure and stability during busy season
Pool industry office experience preferred. Service business management experience strongly valued.
