🌊 Lake Project Milestone Alert! 🛠️

​The vision is officially turning into reality out at the lake! We’ve hit a massive milestone this week—the concrete and steel structure is set, and the pool shell is finally starting to take shape.
​Now that the heavy structural phase is complete, we are moving straight into the next major step: the hydraulics.
​Our team is diving into the ground to get all the underground plumbing and main infrastructure laid out. This is where the magic happens, setting the stage for this beautiful design to come together and showcasing this project with stonework and water features. 💎💧

We’re providing professional and expertise services, structural work, and shotcrete needed to restore the original structure while ensuring it stays solid for the next generation of Memphis families.

​Things are moving along rather nicely on this lakeside transformation! We’ve hit a major milestone: the footers are officially poured, and we are now moving into the vertical phase of the build.
​Because we’re building on a slope to capture that incredible view, the engineering here is next-level. To ensure rock-solid stability, we’ve utilized:
​Grade Beams & Reinforced Pillars: Essential for providing the additional structural support needed for this terrain.
​Massive Structural Walls: These will soon support the weight of the new luxury pool and custom cabana.
​The highlight of this project? A stunning negative edge perfectly positioned to overlook the lake. It’s a lot of steel and concrete right now, but we are laying the groundwork for a world-class outdoor oasis.
