Hello everyone!
I wanted to give everyone a quick update. As of today, unless you're interested in commercial cleaning services or evening/weekend appointments, we will not be taking on any new residential clients until likely after the New Year.
The next several months are going to be extremely busy for me personally, and with one of my cleaners reducing their availability for school, along with being in the process of hiring and training a few new part-time cleaners, we have officially reached our current capacity.
I also want to be transparent that, due to the rising costs of gas, supplies, insurance, vehicle maintenance, and employee wages, there may be a rate increase of 10% averaging to 10-15$ increases per cleaning in the near future. I've mentioned this possibility before but have held off as long as I could. While I understand this may not work for everyone, it's important that I continue providing quality service, fairly compensate my employees, and keep the business running smoothly.
