🛑A little ✨housekeeping✨ for our clients🛑:
🫧We understand illness is inevitable but we kindly ask that you let your cleaner know ahead of your scheduled appointment if anyone in your household is feeling unwell. We cannot come if there is people in your household, who are feeling sick.
While we absolutely love helping our clients and families, we also serve many homes with elderly individuals, new babies (including NICU babies & graduates), and those who are immune-compromised. Keeping everyone safe and healthy is our top priority. We work very hard to make sure we are not cross contaminating into other people‘s homes.
If someone in your home is sick, we will be happy to reschedule your cleaning for a later date when everyone is feeling better — no problem at all!
❄️ Winter Weather Reminder
With winter approaching, please note that we follow the Fort Dodge Community School District for weather-related cancellations and delays.
• If school is canceled due to weather, we will not be coming out that day — safety for our team is always our top priority.
• If there is a two-hour late start, we will push our start times back by two hours. Your cleaner will reach out the morning of to confirm updated arrival times.

Please remember that payment is due within 24 hours of your cleaning’s completion.
