Clean All Janitorial Service was started in January of 1984 by Jim and Martha McColley, two natives of Fort Dodge. They built a reputation of quality and dependability that remains today. Outlined below are some of the major transactions which have built the Clean All business. In August 1985, Clean All Janitorial Service purchased General Custodial of Webster City. The primary business acquired f
rom that buy out was Webster City Products Company, (a.k.a. Clean All was responsible for maintaining that facility for 15 consecutive years without one single union grievance filed or OSHA violation sited. Though they were underbid in 2000, Clean All was contracted to return in 2010 to clean the Engineering/Test Lab areas until the completed remodeling of the Beam Industries building for their new location, Electrolux Technology Center. Clean All Inc. maintained the cleaning contract at Electrolux Technology Center until operations ceased December 2013. In March of 1987 Clean All was contracted by SILGAN CONTAINERS CORPORATION to do the twice daily cleaning of their plant. They have been responsible for the cleaning since they opened. Also in 1987 Clean All was contracted by FRISKIES PET FOODS a NESTLE’ COMPANY. That contract was held until 1999 when they were underbid. Clean All is rarely the ‘low bid’, but rest assured, if a duty is listed in the contracts Itemization of Labor, it is being performed. Clean All Janitorial Service had grown substantially in its first six years, and the decision was made in February of 1990 to incorporate. They are now known as Clean All, Inc. In April of 1997, Clean All, Inc. purchased Quality Building Maintenance of Fort Dodge. In addition to returning to ELECTROLUX HOME PRODUCTS in 2010, Clean All, Inc. was awarded the cleaning contract for BOEHRINGER – INGLEHEIM VETMEDICA INC. in August 2010. They were successful at maintaining excellent levels of cleaning and a professional business partnership until September 2013 when all of the BIVI locations were turned over to DTZ a UGL Company to maintain. Clean All also has window washing, carpet & upholstery cleaning, and residential cleaning businesses. This enables us to offer a more complete service to our customers. Constant improvement of equipment, chemicals and techniques, together with Clean All’s ability to get the job done right, has given them the respect of their clients ensuring long term contracts. Clean All, Inc. has twenty five people currently on the payroll. They have grown, and will continue to grow. They have passed the time test for a small business, and feel they have successfully established that through a solid foundation, excellent work record, and quality service.
