While we were at a customer’s home, our technician noticed this little unicorn could use some love - so they decided to clean it up, just because.

No one asked. It wasn’t on the work order. It was simply one of those moments where going the extra mile felt like the right thing to do.

We love these little interactions because they’re a reminder that great service isn’t always about what’s expected of you. Sometimes, it’s about noticing the little things and taking the extra step. ❤️
