Installers showed up right on time and were extremely professional and knowledgeable. The carpet was subtly directional and needed to be installed in a very particular way. The installers displayed the carpet each way so that I could get a feel for the room. Also, the installers took their time to match the seams for a perfect install. No rush whatsoever.
