Every staff member we have encountered has been nothing but pleasant, helpful and kind. We have had Sherlock doing our lawn pest control now for 4 months and Richard, the supervisor came out to help us put together a more aggressive plan for our extensive fire ant infestation. We initially hired Sherlock last year for a home warranty inspection and did not hesitate to call them for additional services. Every department of this company is commendable and I would highly recommend this company.

Very informative and helpful. Another quarterly check completed, and as always Tony is fantastic! Always makes sure everything is working right, and replaces things that are not. Very thankful to have him as my tech. Always a pleasure to see him!! Another visit, and more great help! Thanks Tony! Edit to add... Added Sherlock Homes monthly lawn (weeds, bug, fertilizer) treatments. Jerome was wonderful! Took his time doing everything. That is very different from the awful and almost non-existent (sometimes not ever getting out of the truck) treatments from trugreen. Jerome seemed to care, and I appreciate that a lot. Very happy I chose to make the switch to Sherlock Homes. They haven't disappointed in nearly 3 years between sprinkler checks/fixes with Tony, and now this. Thanks so much Jerome!
