Found a stink bug hanging out on your window this fall?

Here’s the part most homeowners don’t realize:
Brown marmorated stink bugs that move into structures for winter are typically sexually immature adults. They’re looking for a protected place to overwinter, not somewhere to feed, build a nest, or reproduce.

In fact, Arkansas researchers note that these stink bugs can sometimes overwinter in very large groups, with hundreds gathering together in sheltered locations.

Then, when warmer weather returns, they become active again and try to make their way back outside.

So seeing one indoors doesn’t necessarily mean stink bugs are multiplying somewhere inside your walls.

Flea treatment doesn’t always end when the application is finished.
