Pest Control & Termite Technician

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Pest Control & Termite Technician to join our team. In this role, you will inspect properties, identify pest issues, and apply effective treatments to eliminate and prevent infestations. This position requires strong customer service skills, attention to safety, and the ability to work independently.

**Key Responsibilities**

* Perform inspections for pests, termites, and other infestations
* Apply pest control treatments in residential and commercial settings
* Identify entry points, damage, and conditions conducive to infestations
* Educate customers on prevention methods and treatment plans
* Maintain accurate service records and reports
* Safely handle and apply pesticides in accordance with regulations
* Maintain company vehicle, equipment, and tools

**Qualifications**

* High school diploma or equivalent (required)
* Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
* Ability to obtain state pest control certification (or already licensed)
* Strong problem-solving and communication skills
* Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions
* Ability to lift 50+ lbs and perform physical tasks (crawling, climbing, etc.)

**Preferred Qualifications**

* Previous experience in pest control, construction, or related field
* Knowledge of termite treatments and inspection methods
* Customer service experience

**Compensation & Benefits**
* 500.00 SIGN ON BONUS
* Paid training and certification assistance

* Company vehicle and equipment provided
* Paid time off and holidays

**Work Schedule**

* Monday–Friday (occasional weekends as needed)
