COVID appropriate practices in line with UK government guidelines:
As with all reputable firms we are currently operating in a COVID compliant manner meaning we have implemented temporary measures to help prevent any potential spread of the virus. This allows us to continue providing a service while protecting our families and our clients at the same time - these measures include (but are not limited to) the use of disposable PPE, using disposable cloths and using clients own hoovers/steam mops where possible to negate the need for thorough stripping and sanitising of our equipment/ filters between clients. All clients are sent a message the night before a scheduled clean checking the health of the household - should anyone be experiencing symptoms (or be isolating due to coming in contact with someone who has tested positive) we ask they let us know and we will reschedule the clean at no additional charge for a later date.
