🚨 Training Day Tomorrow 😀🙌

We’re really excited because the awesome Paul Cranney is coming to our office tomorrow to deliver a comprehensive, hands-on Natural Stone & Tile Restoration training day for our team 😀🙌

At Gemini, we believe that investing in training is one of the best ways to ensure we continue delivering exceptional results for our clients. The cleaning industry is always evolving, and we’re committed to staying ahead by learning from the very best.

This intensive training day is designed to build our confidence, technical knowledge and practical skills when working across a wide range of surfaces found in both residential and commercial properties.

Here’s what we’ll be learning:

The best promotions are the ones you can see coming a mile away & some just feel extra special, and this is definitely one of them 🤩!

Two years ago, Gabe Scriven joined us as a cleaning operative. It didn’t take long to realise we had someone special on the team. His attention to detail, work ethic, and drive to do everything to the highest possible standard stood out from day one 🤩.

Within his first year, Gabe was promoted to Quality Control & Training Manager and he absolutely excelled in the role. His leadership, high standards, and commitment made a real impact across the business.

But what really sets Gabe apart is his mindset. He takes ownership, leads by example, and genuinely cares about the work he does and the people around him.

With his previous managerial and health & safety experience, combined with the drive he’s shown since joining us, it became obvious that the next step was waiting for him.
