Unfortunately, the communication from some new clients is starting to become a real problem.

I do my best to take on as many new customers as I can across Pembrokeshire, but poor communication is now costing me time, fuel and money.

Today’s job was booked as an 8-hour day. I arrived after calling and messaging, only to be told it was now a 3-hour job. A simple message the night before would have let me fill that time with another customer.

From now on, if my time is wasted due to poor communication or last-minute changes, travel charges will apply.

Please respect my time as I respect yours. If you’re not ready for the work to go ahead, please don’t book me.
