🤝 Respectful Behaviour
Zero Tolerance ❌
We are always kind and respectful to you, and we simply ask for the same in return. ☺️ We do not accept any abusive, aggressive or rude behaviour towards me or my team whether in person, on the phone, messages or any social media platform.

If this unfortunately happens, we will need to end the service immediately, and we won’t be able to accept future bookings. 🥲

📅 Booking Your Slot
• A deposit secures your booking – please note we cannot reserve your time slot until this is paid.

• Online quotes are our preferred method to make sure we give you the most accurate price ✅

💷 Payment
• The remaining balance is due on the day once the cleaning is finished

• We accept:

❌ Changing or Cancelling
• Please let us know 24 hrs in advance if you need to rearrange.

• If cancelled with less notice, your deposit will be kept to cover the time we set aside just for you 🫧

🔑 Access to Your Home
• Please ensure we can easily access your home at the agreed time.

✨ Extra Jobs & Cleaning
We clean all accessible areas. Garden maintenance and tip/ rubbish removals are separate with my cleaning services if booked aswell as cleaning on the day a discount will be discussed before we start. ❤️
