Do you have a passion for helping others and making a difference in their lives? Are you looking for a rewarding career where you can truly make a positive impact? If so, we have the perfect opportunity for you!

We are currently seeking individuals to join our team as Community Companions in Pembrokeshire. As a Community Companion, you will play a vital role in assisting individuals with daily tasks, helping them to maintain their independence and improve their quality of life.

Our services cover a wide range of tasks, including personal care, companionship, shopping, cleaning, meal preparation, assisting with accessing the community, and supporting individuals in pursuing their hobbies and interests.

To be successful in this role, you must be reliable, motivated, and compassionate. You must be over 18 years old, hold a full UK driving licence, and have your own car. A willingness to undergo an enhanced DBS check is also essential.

Your Social Care Wales Registration covered by company.

While previous experience in social care is advantageous, it is not a requirement. We are looking for individuals who are dedicated to making a difference and improving the lives of others.

This position offers 16-20 hour contracts, with potential for more hours for the right candidate. Travel time and mileage are paid, and you will receive at least the national minimum wage.

We are a registered service with the Care Inspectorate Wales (CIW), ensuring that we maintain the highest standards of care for our clients.
