Coastal Cleaning is looking for a reliable and friendly Evening Cleaner to join our team in Saundersfoot.

🕕 6:00pm–9:00pm
📅 Monday to Friday
⏰ 15 hours per week available
🧽 3-hour evening shifts

We’re looking for someone who is trustworthy, pays close attention to detail and is comfortable working independently. Cleaning experience is preferred, but full training will be provided.

A full UK driving licence is preferred, although local applicants without transport may still be considered.

📣 WE’RE HIRING – EVENING CLEANING TEAM LEADER 📣

Coastal Cleaning is looking for an experienced, reliable and motivated Evening Cleaning Team Leader to join our team in Saundersfoot.

This is a hands-on leadership role where you’ll work alongside the cleaning team, lead by example, maintain high standards and help ensure the site is left clean, safe and secure each evening.

🕕 6:00pm–9:00pm
📅 Monday to Friday
⏰ 15–20 hours per week
💷 £13.68 per hour
🚗 Free on-site parking

Previous cleaning and supervisory experience is required. Applicants must also hold a full UK driving licence and have access to their own reliable vehicle.

You’ll receive full training, ongoing support, a uniform, company pension and access to our health and wellbeing programme.

Moisture and condensation can quickly lead to visible mould build-up in bathrooms, especially where ventilation is limited.

Our team carried out a clean of this bathroom ceiling to remove visible build-up and improve the overall appearance of the space.

The result is a cleaner, brighter finish and a room that feels much better maintained.

With moisture-related issues, cleaning helps deal with the visible build-up, but ongoing ventilation and property maintenance are also important in helping prevent it from returning.

Men’s Health Week feels like an important one to speak about from a slightly more personal perspective.

Working in a female-led company, and being the only man in the Coastal team, is something I genuinely value. There’s a lot of support, understanding and care in this environment, and that is one of the things that makes Coastal what it is.

But it has also made me think about how easily men can keep things to themselves.

Sometimes it is not because nobody would listen. Sometimes it is because you do not quite know how to say it, where to start, or whether you should bring it up at all. So you carry on, brush it off, and keep it moving.

Men’s Health Week is a reminder that we do not have to do that.

Whether it is your physical health, your mental health, stress, worries, or something you have been putting off, speaking up is not weakness. It is looking after yourself properly.

So to any men reading this: check in with yourself, check in with your mates, and do not ignore the things that matter.

Small conversations really can make a big difference.
