We’re delighted to see ARM Pipetek make a significant investment in their robotic cutting capabilities with the purchase of a top-of-the-range IMS Group GmbH MICRO S Automatic cutter.

As part of a wider investment programme with IMS Robotics UK Limited this DN75-250 MICRO S Automatic provides ARM Pipetek with the latest in small diameter robotic cutting technology, combining precision, versatility and performance to help maximise productivity on site.

🤝 It’s fantastic to support ARM Pipetek as they continue to invest in their equipment fleet and further develop their in-house capabilities.

🚀 IMS Robotics UK Ltd and Pro Lining Solutions support Flowline at the Balfour Beatty Supplier & Innovation Showcase Day 🚀

John Rose, Garrick Daykin and Simon Tucker enjoyed a great day supporting Flowline at the recent Balfour Beatty Supplier & Innovation Showcase in Lincolnshire, highlighting the latest developments in robotic cutting technology and CIPP equipment and materials demonstrating how innovation is helping to improve safety, efficiency and capability across the industry.

We were also pleased to showcase Flowline’s latest investment in their new IMS Group GmbH MAINreel 150 cutter, expanding their robotic cutting capabilities and providing a versatile solution for demanding applications.

Events such as these are a fantastic opportunity to bring suppliers, contractors and technology providers together to share ideas, demonstrate new technology and look at how innovation can deliver real benefits on site.

A great example of listening to our customers and finding a practical solution 👌

IMS Robotics UK Ltd were approached by the team at Jet Aire with a request to improve the storage and functionality of one of their IMS DRIVE cutters.

Working closely with Jet Aire, we designed and fabricated a bespoke pull-out drawer for their compressor, along with a dedicated storage drawer for the DRIVE robot and equipment.

The result is a much more organised setup, keeping essential equipment secure, accessible and ready to go when the team needs it.

It’s great to see our Drive cutter being adapted to suit the specific needs of our customers — and even better for the IMS team to be able to assist with these solutions!

🚀 A high-spec IMS Drive robotic cutter heads out to a great customer! 🚀

A big thank you to LG Wood Limited for investing in their very own high specification DN150-400 IMS Group GmbH Drive robotic cutter with KAESER compressor!

It was Johns pleasure to hand over the machines personally and to hear the positive feedback that the team have had with one of our rental units over the last few weeks!

Working alongside LG Woods new UV system supplied by Pro Lining Solutions the IMS Drive cutter now gives the team the complete solution to tackle challenging pipe rehabilitation work with precision and efficiency!

The entire IMS Robotics UK Ltd thank all the LG Wood team for choosing IMS Robotics as their robotic cutting partner — we’re looking forward to supporting you and seeing the Drive in action!

It was Johns pleasure yesterday to handover a new IMS Group GmbH DN150-400 DRIVE cutter with KAESER M13 compressor to Adam Richardson of Crown Plus Limited

This latest investment will be a great addition to Crowns existing IMS fleet and is already out working on site being put through its paces!
