Suitable for 150-300, 45-90 bends, all with the same materials. LED cure, 4 built in cameras and all the time in the world to position the top hat right. Suitable for use with IMS Cutters or what ever tractor unit you have.

Happy New Year everyone!Business as usual for everyone at PLS.

We start the year as we mean to go on with the first demo of 2026 under way and the technical team doing what they do best, once again. A tricky job with diameter changes and multiple 90 degree bends, but the ProCure LED unit makes light work of this. Even in temperatures of -5 Celsius! 🥶

Thanks to Martin Hook of Semilong Services for taking the time to demo the best LED system on the market.

Did someone ask for a Top Hat? 🎩

Well done to everyone at Jet Aire who took part in the UK first LED Top Hat installation earlier this week. After completing the training on the IMS Stand Alone Top Hat unit with our Technical Support Engineer Darryl Pass, the guys took on an incredibly challenging task of completely reinstating a connection after a liner installation.

The site offered some difficulties, with the first one being the depth of the downstream manhole at 6 meters along with the location of the connection in the pipe. The crew also had to deal with the running infiltration from the lateral during the installation which was managed successfully.

A fantastic result for everyone involved and a great way to showcase the capabilities of the very compact and powerful IMS Stand Alone Top Hat system.

With Christmas fast approaching, our technical support team has no intention of slowing down!

Another very successful week for our team with handovers of even more LED units, training and on-site assistance on some very tricky projects.

The IMS Procure LED systems made very light work of these sites, and the clients were left satisfied with the support and assistance on site.
