Penelope's 3rd Birthday Cake

As carrot 🥕 cake was requested by the birthday girl I knew I had to go all out!
3 layers of carrot & raisin sponge, sandwiched together by oreo cream cheese, caramel & orange buttercream.
Got to say, it was my favourite carrot cake I've ever made!

9in round for ref.

Also made 'carrot pops' for the grown ups (raspberry Cheesecake brownies dipped in orange white chocolate & drizzled with dark chocolate) & 'Duggee Tunnock's Teacakes' too!

A very happy birthday customer!

Chocolate birthday cake adorned with rainbow friends character 'Blue' on top, wearing a yellow crown.
Decorated with crushed oreo biscuits around the sides and a milk chocolate glaze on top. Four layers of differently coloured marbled chocolate sponge, sandwiched together with vanilla butter cream, chocolate ganache and homemade strawberry jam.
