Casual Retail Assistant (Customer Service & Admin) – Just Spas Launceston

Just Spas Launceston is looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Casual Retail Assistant to join our team!
We’re offering approximately 15-20 hours per week, Negotiable hours for the right applicant.
About the Role
This is a customer-focused position where you’ll be the face of our showroom. You’ll assist customers in finding the right spa or wellness product, while delivering a high-quality in-store experience.
This role also includes a range of administrative duties, making it ideal for someone who enjoys both customer interaction and behind-the-scenes organisation.
Key responsibilities include:
Assisting showroom customers and providing product guidance
Processing sales and handling transactions using POS systems
Responding to enquiries via phone, email, and online channels
General administrative tasks, Maintaining showroom presentation and supporting daily operations
About You

Reliable and punctual
Friendly & approachable
Well-presented with strong communication skills
Computer literate and comfortable using POS systems
Organised with good attention to detail for admin tasks
Able to build rapport and assist customers in making informed decisions
Able to work both independently and as part of a team
Willing to learn and passionate about helping customers
Availability Requirements
Flexible across weekdays
Available on occasional Saturday (9:00am – 1:00pm) – essential
Able to work midday to afternoon shifts, including store closing
