Final touch up clean in this lovely little house in lilydale.

Few walls to clean, a good scrub of the floor,
A good mop and bathroom clean over.

This is the final and probably one of the hardest moments for me in my line of work.

This property became part of me for 2 years not only as general home maintenance but also as a support worker. Not just a client, but someone that accepted me into their family and introduced me to those who were also part of that family

For the last 5-6 weeks I have been out here sorting,
Getting rid of things, working with these 2 crazy sisters, whom have had a huge impact on my life.

As we know life is short (like me 😜)
We have to embrace what we have as we never know what tomorrow may bring.

An early start to a cold morning,
Up for a challenge, old driveway, muddy, slippery.
Had a quote done, delivered this morning,
Blue metal laid out and run over aka “Dump and run “

After raking, the smoothing out by driving over it, no more mud but it looks heaps better, few more days to go, then out of here.
