Would like to say a massive thank you to City Park Train. My daughter’s car was accidentally left unlocked overnight over the weekend. Two kids tired and cranky it’s easy to forget these things.
Unfortunately someone decided to help themselves to a bag and some other items. They went through my grandson’s Spider-Man wallet which had some small change and his City park train card in it. They took the change and train card but surprisingly left his wallet thankfully.
Now the train card only had one ride left on it and he wouldn’t have handed it over anyway that was his little golden ticket, he’s had it for ages and loves it.
Those that know about Autism know if they can’t find something the melt down that follows can be for days on end. That card was his to keep until he decided to hand it over. If he ever did until then it stayed in his wallet.
We didn’t care about the ride left on it we can cover his love of train rides we just wanted the card replaced before he noticed.
I contacted City Park hoping to arrange another card fast before he noticed it was missing.
I got a message yesterday to come and collect a card with 11 rides for him. How amazing 🤩.
I took Hudson down there today to collect it. He had no idea his card was missing, thankfully 😬 he had a train ride while we were there. Absolutely so thankful to them for their kindness and being so amazing. Thank you soooo much 🙏.
We hope the stolen one makes another little kids day at least that needs it. 🚂 🥰🥰🥰
