It's not always possible to remove furniture indentations from carpet - even with steam cleaning. It will depend on what type of carpet it is. The more man-made fibre the less likely it will disappear over time. Best thing to do is to use furniture protectors to prevent this from happening in the first place. Any hardware store sells them.

Another tip from Jane (aka carpet cleaning guru).
Dealing with spills and stains:
DO: Blot up liquid spills straight away using paper towel or a clean, absorbent cloth 🐕🍷
DON'T: Rub the carpet pile EVER! This may distort the carpet pile and spread the stain further
DO: Scoop up solids immediately 💩
DON'T: Drown the carpet in water

A word of caution from Jane, our carpet care guru. The carpet spot cleaners you buy from the supermarket often contain optical brighteners or bleaching agents. If not used correctly you may find you are left with permanent light patches on your carpet. Best thing to do, if you've had a spill or accident, is call Jane on 0499 004 006 to get her advice on how to deal with it. She'll be more than happy to help 👌

Jane takes time to carefully steam clean the edges and corners of rooms. If it's not possible with the normal carpet cleaning tool, she uses a stair tool. Makes a thorough job every time
