We apologise for our closure today. Unfortunately we were closed due to personal circumstances as our family had to take priority.

We acknowledge how frustrating it can be when we close due to illness or personal circumstances. Unfortunately this is the reality of running a solo business, we don't have anyone to cover us when we close and rely on our clients understanding that we are only human and doing the best we can. We understand the last month has had a few closures due to circumstances out of our control and struggling with our health, we are trying to get back into the routine of things now. If our business is not for you that is completely okay, we understand. We are still learning as we go how to run a business and have been thrown some challenges over this past month.

We appreciate your support and patience. We thank those who have stuck by us and understand this last month has been a very difficult one but hoping things go upwards. And remember we are only human.

What is our favourite part of running a business? Our clients! Without our clients our business wouldn't run. Running a small business in Launceston is difficult and we appreciate those who have chosen to use our service. Over the last almost 2 years we have had the privilege of getting to know many clients and their families. We appreciate our clients being understanding when we need to take leave due to illness or close at short notice. We also appreciate the way our clients welcomed us back at the start of 2026. As many of our clients are aware we lost our twin boys a few days before Christmas last year and we weren't sure how starting back at work would go. We are thankful to have such supportive and understanding clients who made the transition back to work smooth. We are so grateful for each and every one of our clients and once again we thank you for your ongoing support!

UPDATE FROM YOUR CLEANER

As some of our clients are aware we have been going through a rough patch lately with our health and requiring more days off work than normal. We understand how frustrating cancellations due to illness are. As most of our long term clients are aware we live with an autoimmune condition that causes us to have a suppressed immune system. Therefore we very easily pick up infections, bugs and other illnesses and take a longer time to recover. Sometimes unfortunately we have patches where we catch illness after illness. On the days we are not feeling 100% we still push through and work. But sometimes we are just not well enough to be working and don't want to risk spreading an illness to our clients or their families. As we have previously mentioned we ask that clients cancel their cleans if unwell. We understand our business is not for everybody and being solo run does come with challenges such as having no one to cover us if we are unwell. We would like to thank each and every one of our clients for your patience, support and choosing our business.

What are our business values and why are they important to us?

RESPECT - Having respect for our customers while communicating via message and onsite is important to us. We make sure to respect our clients home and belongings. We are entering your space so make sure we remain respectful at all times.

INCLUSION - Everyone no matter their situation deserves to access our services. We do not deny services for any personal reasons. We provide our cleaning services to all.

JUDGEMENT FREE - Along with being respectful and inclusive we pride ourselves on being judgement free. To us we see your house as your safe space. This is the space where you can be yourself, no place for judgement.

Having business values allows the community and potential clients to see we are a safe and welcoming business. We believe houses are 'Lived in', not messy. 'Lived in' - a space that is comfortable and natural rather than being in a pristine condition. It is important to us that clients know no matter their situation we are there to help, every house has a different story!
