Windows sparkling clean 🧼 ✨

The team had a short drive out to Evandale this morning to complete a much needed exterior window cleaning for this property.

These french Pane styled windows while beautiful - were incredibly time consuming to clean!

Pressure washing this property took a lot of time and care!

A client asked us to give this property a refresh before it was put on the market.

With years of built up grime - it needed the refresh!

However due to the age and condition of the exterior paint - we had to use a low pressure and be very careful.

SATISFYING ✨

With our professional Window Cleaning - leave windows streak and smudge free!

This process leaves Windows looking new again. A regular microfibre and Window Cleaner can’t clean like this!

It takes a LOT of practice and attention to detail to be EXCELLENT at cleaning windows.

When training a new team member - one piece of advice we give them is:

“ The Greatest Tool you have is your Eye and attention to detail “

The technique of squeegee-ing a window you will learn over time and practice.

But no matter how skilled you are - attention to detail is what matters most.

No matter how “clean” a window is, a drip or smudge still looks dirty!

Have you ever wondered HOW we gutter clean?

1) -The Team Assesses / photographs the guttering of a property, and Harnesses to the roof accordingly.

2) We go around the gutters and Hand pick out all Debree, Grass, and other natural substances.
We place anything from your gutters in a bucket and safely remove them from the Roof.

3) Using our Extension Blower - we blow out all the gutters to remove any remaining Leaves, Dirt, Dust or mud!

(This step is especially tedious- and depending on how full the gutters are we must do this several times)

4) We snap a few photos/Videos of the cleaned gutters for our clients. (We always do this so the client can see before / Afters - Customer Satisfaction is very important to us!)

5) Using Water we Flush all gutters and Downpipes. We allow water to fully circulate around the Gutters to simulate a rain fall. We view where / How the gutters flow - and check to see if any downpipes are blocked too!

6) If everything satisfies both the Customer and our team - we then complete a FREE Roof Inspection. If we notice something that needs to be bought to your attention , we take a photo and will show you directly after Completion of the job.

7) Clean up. Any spilled Dirt, Leaves, Mud or grass gets blown away / picked up by the team.

We try to put in the extra Mile for our clients - and always attempt to leave the space cleaner than when we started.

Often in Step 3 Mud and debree gets blown everywhere - so we find this step to be extra important.

We always get such a positive feedback regarding how we leave a property !

During these rainy winter days, the leaves and debris left behind from autumn can quickly become a hidden problem. ❄️🍂

Blocked gutters don't just stop water from flowing - they can cause overflowing gutters, blocked downpipes, and even water damage to your home.

In this case, the homeowner thought the downpipe was blocked. But once we got up onto the roof, we found the real culprit: a gutter completely packed with leaves and debris from the overhanging tree. 🌳

After a thorough clean, the water was flowing freely again, and the downpipe was working exactly as it should!

If you've got trees around your home. winter is the perfect time to have your gutters checked before a small problem turns into an expensive one. 😬💵❌
