Swipe It Clean Cleaning Services
These Terms & Conditions ensure clarity, fairness, and safety for both clients and staff. By booking a service with Swipe It Clean Cleaning Services, you agree to the following:
1. Booking, Deposits & Payment
• A $50 non‑refundable deposit is required to secure all bookings.
• Your booking is not confirmed until the deposit has been paid.
• The deposit is deducted from the final service cost.
• Remaining payment is due on the day of service, unless otherwise arranged.
• Accepted payment methods: ___
• Travel fees may apply for locations outside our standard service area.
2. Pricing
• All prices are listed in our 2026 price guide.
• Quotes for end‑of‑lease, hoarding, mental‑health, and de‑clutter cleans may vary depending on the condition of the property.
• If the property is significantly different from the description provided, pricing may be adjusted on arrival.
3. Cancellations & Rescheduling
• Cancellations within 24 hours of your booking may incur a fee.
• The $50 deposit is non‑refundable under all circumstances.
• If we arrive and cannot access the property, a call‑out fee may apply.
• We understand emergencies happen — please communicate with us as early as possible.
4. Access & Safety
• The client must ensure safe access to the property.
• We reserve the right to refuse or stop a job if conditions are unsafe (e.g., hazards, aggressive behaviour, structural issues).
• For hoarding, mental‑health, or high‑risk cleans, a safety assessment may be required.
5. Hoarding, Mental‑Health & Sensitive Cleans
• These services are judgment‑free, confidential, and handled with care.
• Pricing varies depending on the level of risk, volume, and time required.
• We may require photos or a walkthrough before confirming a quote.
• Support persons are welcome to be present if it helps the client feel comfortable.
6. End‑of‑Lease Cleans
• Starting price covers standard conditions.
• Additional charges may apply for:• Excessive grime
• Rubbish removal
• Pest issues
• Repairs or damage
• We do not guarantee bond return, as this depends on the agent/landlord’s requirements.
7. De‑Clutter Services
• Starting from $100/hr.
• Client must be present unless otherwise arranged.
• Items will only be removed, donated, or disposed of with the client’s consent.
8. Damage & Liability
• We take great care with your home and belongings.
• We are not responsible for:
• Pre‑existing damage
• Fragile or unsecured items• Wear and tear
• If accidental damage occurs, we will discuss it with you immediately.
9. Health & Hygiene
• We reserve the right to decline work involving biohazards unless previously discussed (e.g., bodily fluids, pests, mould).
• For mental‑health or high‑risk cleans, please be honest about the condition of the property so we can prepare safely.
10. Confidentiality & Photos
• All client information, conversations, and personal details are kept strictly confidential.
• Before‑and‑after photos may be taken for documentation, safety, or proof of work.Photos will never include identifying information unless the client gives written permission.
• Photos may be used for business purposes (advertising, social media, portfolio) only with client consent.
11. Respect & Boundaries
• Swipe It Clean Cleaning Services provides a safe, respectful, non‑judgmental service.
• We expect the same respect in return.
• Abusive, threatening, or unsafe behaviour will result in immediate termination of service.
• If we believe a situation poses a risk to health, safety, or wellbeing, we may contact the appropriate services or authorities to ensure everyone’s safety.
• This includes situations involving:
• Severe hazards
• Welfare concerns• Aggressive behaviour
• Situations where someone may be at risk
