Dear valued clients, we are writing to inform you of our current situation. We have two outstanding projects, namely Kwanonqaba and Heiderand, which involve epoxy and plumbing services including maintenance. Unfortunately, we have encountered an unforeseen issue where materials were seized by external parties due to a conflict involving our citizens. We acknowledge full responsibility for the situation and are committed to resolving it. In the interim, we are eager to accept any project, regardless of the compensation, that would enable us to recover the client's materials or facilitate a refund. We kindly request your understanding and cooperation in this matter.

Please be advised that the following services will proceed as usual, including Plastering, Home Renovations, Brick laying (home building), ceiling Board installation, tiling installation, Roof Repair (Rubber Painting), as well as interior and exterior wall painting.

Afternoon Xhamela's Cleaning & Construction Clients, we regret to inform you that our operations have been temporarily suspended and progress on our projects has been delayed due to unforeseen circumstances. As you may be aware, the Western Cape region has been experiencing issues related to undocumented immigrants, which has impacted our workforce. Consequently, we have decided to temporarily halt certain services, including Gamazine, Epoxy flooring, Glamour Coat, plumbing, and Paving. We are currently seeking qualified personnel to resume these services. In the interim, we are outsourcing our Gamazine projects to our trusted partner, M&M Gamazine & Appliers, based in Pretoria. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and assure you that we will resume normal operations shortly. Thank you for your understanding. For further information, please do not hesitate to contact us at [email protected] or 064 047 0696 (WhatsApp). Xhamela's Cleaning & Construction Reg No: 2020/440170/07 : ROZART PTY LDT
