WE ARE LOOKING FOR A FIELD QUALITY CONTROL SPECIALIST in Sedona, and we're looking for someone specific: the kind of person who is reliable, detail oriented, and notices what everyone else walks past.

Our Company takes care of vacation rentals, second homes, and residential properties across Sedona and the Verde Valley. We're adding a Field Quality Control Specialist — the last set of eyes on a home before a guest walks in. You inspect after the cleaners, catch what a guest would notice, write it up clearly, and resolve issues.

The details:
5 days a week: Monday, Tuesday, Friday, Saturday, Sunday
30 to 35 hours with flexibility between 9-6pm
A flat weekly rate, paid year round. Sedona slows down in the summer. Your rate does not.
Bonuses for performance, and bonuses tied to how long you stay
Contract position (1099). You'll need your own reliable vehicle and a valid license.
Weekends are part of the schedule every week, not occasional.
Hospitality or housekeeping experience is a plus. Spanish is a plus. — we'll train you.

Ask any owner why they’ve stayed with us for years, and the answer usually comes back to a document, not a feeling.

Every property we manage gets its own SOP, the foundation of The Desert Haven Method, built with the owner and not for them: which drawer holds the extra linens, how the thermostat should sit before a guest checks in, what “clean” means in this specific kitchen versus the one three doors down. That SOP becomes the spec our team cleans against and the standard our QC pass holds them to, so clean #1 looks like clean #100.
