Happy Saturday Everyone!
With the Tampa area currently under watering restrictions, we want to be transparent about how No Streaking is adapting. While pressure washing and soft washing performed by professional companies are still permitted, we also feel a responsibility to do our part in conserving water during this period. Just because we are allowed to, doesn't mean we necessarily should, right?
Here’s what we’re doing through July 1st:
• Window cleaning is still 100% fine. We will continue offering full window cleaning services. To reduce water usage, we will limit our Water‑Fed Pole system to only high or unsafe‑to‑reach windows. All other windows will be cleaned using traditional methods that use just a few gallons of water. Book away...we are ready to make them shine!
• House washing and pool cage cleaning will continue when mold or algae are present, since these issues can damage surfaces if left untreated. The restrictions allow commercial cleaning for these areas. Pool decks that are really green are a safety hazard and would fall under this category as well. If it's just dirty, they are asking that you wait a couple of months.
• Driveways and sidewalks will need to wait until restrictions ease, as these services require the highest water volume and are generally not essential for preventing damage.
• Solar panel cleaning and gutter cleaning can still be done, as these services use minimal water and are important for proper function and home protection.
• For customers who prefer to wait until after restrictions ease, any pressure washing or soft washing service booked now through May 15th, for July will receive 10% off!
We need to support our employees and keep serving our community, but we also want to act responsibly during this conservation period. Thank you for understanding and for continuing to trust us with your home. Hopefully we get some substantial rain soon, and when it does come, please remember that rain dries clear on clean glass. It does NOT mess up your windows and 99% of the time, we are able to work around the weather to get your home sparkling as scheduled, so any time of the year is a good time to have your windows cleaned!

Also, now that we are offering more services, we’re also working on new service plans designed to help homeowners maintain their properties more consistently, with added savings and the opportunity to budget for it easier! I am also working on some AI call and booking solutions. We’re excited to share those soon — stay tuned.
