Please stop using steam mop contraptions on lvp floors……

The intense heat from a steam mop can make the vinyl warp or peel, which can ruin both its look and structural integrity. Also, the steam's moisture can seep into the planks' seams and edges. If this moisture gets underneath the flooring, it can cause the planks to swell, which may lead to mold and mildew.

I was talking with a manger at a local nationwide chicken restaurant. I asked him point blank what are your daily sales. The figure matched the traffic I saw on a daily basis. Here’s the thing. This well known place has some pretty nasty restrooms for their customers. It’s sad to see how much money these customers bring to this store and the condition of the facilities. It’s profit over people at this rate.
Do you think it’s right to ask your customers to spend the hard earned money, an give them nasty restrooms?

Got my 35 ft home on wheels washed in 1 hour. Roof, canopy and the rest of it DONE! Didn’t fire up the pressure washer. Here’s the reason… I used commercial grade car wash soap and commercial grade degreaser. The thing with the degreaser, as soon as you add a lot of water to it. It turns into a APC all purpose cleaner. The Apc removes the heavy black streaks…Mixed both soaps together in a 5 gallon bucket. Used my truck wash brush and extended pole an lightly applied the soap. So a light brushing… rinsed with the shower setting on the hose. Here’s the TRICK.. start rinsing at the top go side to side slowly until you get a good amount of water flowing at the top. Let the water flow down. Move down a few feet and do it again flood the sides with a lot of water to rinse. Also with the shower setting it doesnt make more suds. She’s clean and ready for 3 weeks till her bath again.
There are so many tricks that you learn being in the cleaning business for decades. Sure made washing this beast easier.
