A gutter clog doesn't always stay in the gutter. When water backs up behind packed debris, it can sit against the fascia and soffit boards along the edge of your roof, and moisture held against wood can eventually lead to rot. Overflow can also run down siding, wash out fresh landscaping, and pool in the ground near your foundation.

Every one of those falling leaves eventually lands somewhere. A good portion of them land on your roof, and from there they wash straight into your gutter channels. Once enough collect, they can pack into the downspout opening and stop water from moving through, which means the next heavy rain backs up or spills over the sides.

A home surrounded by mature trees may need closer attention during peak leaf season than a home with very little tree coverage. If you can see debris piled along your roofline, that's usually a good sign the channels underneath are carrying more than they should.

➤ Custom Black Standing Seam Metal Roofing was installed on the front porch and side decorative roof sections, adding a premium architectural accent with long-term durability.

➤ New James Hardie® premium fiber cement siding was installed throughout the exterior, along with full PVC composite fascia for a durable, rot-resistant, and low-maintenance finish.

➤ A complete premium 6” seamless gutter system in Mill Finish was custom-formed and installed with oversized downspouts, providing increased water capacity and improved drainage throughout the home.

Gonzalez All Gutters completed a full exterior transformation on this home, replacing an aging roof and gutter system that was long overdue for an upgrade.

➤ We installed a complete GAF Timberline HDZ® Class 3 Impact-Resistant Roofing System in Charcoal, giving the home upgraded protection, durability, and a completely refreshed appearance.

➤ The roofing system included new underlayment, leak protection in critical areas, new flashing components, ventilation, and all the details needed to build a complete roofing system — not just replace the shingles.
