I’m looking for a couple hardworking people to join our water mitigation team.
⚠️ Part-time right now, but there’s opportunity for more for the right people.
This work isn’t easy.
It’s dirty, physical, sometimes stressful, and the days can get long when emergencies happen.
You’ll be working in flooded homes and businesses, removing damaged materials, setting drying equipment, and helping people through rough situations.
Honestly… most people aren’t built for this kind of work.
And that’s okay.
I’m looking for people who: ✔️ Show up on time
✔️ Work hard without needing to be babysat
✔️ Take pride in doing things the right way
✔️ Can keep a good attitude even when the job gets tough

It’s been one hell of a week.
From filling sandbags…
to hauling heaters and supplies…
to pumping out basements and crawlspaces…
to running demo and getting homes opened up and drying…
Our community got hit hard, and we’ve been right in the middle of it with you.
I’m proud of our crew. These guys showed up early, stayed late, and didn’t slow down. Not only did they step up big time on the flood work, but they still managed to stay on top of the majority of our scheduled carpet cleaning jobs. That’s not easy to do when everything around you is chaos.
This is what being a local, family-run business is about. Showing up when it matters most.
To everyone we helped this week — thank you for trusting us in a stressful time. We know this is just the beginning of the cleanup process, and we’re here for the long haul.

Modern Cleaning Solutions LLC will be offering flat rate pricing for select mitigation services for residents without/ or with limited coverage affected by recent floods. We are IICRC - Institute of Inspection, Cleaning and Restoration Certification certified, local and want to try to help make this as easy as possible. The sooner we get everybody clean and dry the sooner we can go back to enjoying the food at our local bars and eateries and enjoying the community. Please reach out to us, New London Area Chamber of Commerce , Clintonville Chamber , Fox West Chamber of Commerce for more information. I will also be touching base with the Fremont Chamber asap. This will be a discounted rate from what current standard rates are at.

We also offer commercial grade equipment rental for dehumidifier and air movers.

Another one down to framing, screws pulled, floor rinsed, anti microbial applied and drying equipment set. Big shout out to the crew for grinding hard and kicking butt! We are going to pull in for a bit and wait for this next weather system pass.

In New London, flood waters have pushed manhole covers off their openings and have created trapdoor-like death traps. City is telling people not to walk around in flooded streets.

This customer in Little Chute is putting there house on the market. After unsuccessful attempts to remove hard water build up on the shower floor they made the call to MCS.

The water level forecast for the Wolf River is expected to reach the major flooding zone by this weekend. Please begin your flood preparations now. City crews will begin making sandbags for residents to pick up. Keep an eye on our socials for when those will be ready. A call for volunteers with a sign up link will be posted soon for those able to spend time tying and stacking 40lb sandbags.
