It really only takes ONE client to go run their mouth (in the BEST way 😂) and tell everyone how much you impact their home and that hit me hard last week.

Because let me tell you… I have some AMAZING clients 🫶🏼 and I’ve NEVER paid for marketing. Not once. Every single client I have came from referrals. That’s real trust… you can’t buy that.

And where did this realization hit me?
While I was cleaning a toilet… overthinking my entire life like I always do 😅

Yep! I did that one of the TOP rated Air bnb’s in Charleston got a dose of stone pro & 5-1 Cassell cleaner yesterday.

I’m a firm believer that you can’t price a small business 👌

The number of times I have someone try and bargain my price it’s a INSULT! 😉
That’s when you get 👻

My price includes TAXES, CHEMICALS, GAS , ($70 every 2-3 days!) LABOR ($25 a hour), OIL CHANGE (every month)$179.00 , VEHICLE MAINTENANCE ( tires, tire rotation, damage ) , commercial vehicle insurance, BUSINESS INSURANCE , BUSINESS LICENSE, LAUNDRY EXPENSES, EQUIPMENT REPLACEMENT! The list could keep going on.

Just because your house takes 3 hours, 12 hours or 3 days doesn’t mean my price is too much.

Yall pay $350 to get your car detailed that’s the size of your bathroom.

Do you know how much scrubbing power it takes to undo YEARS or even WEEKS of dirt, hard-water build up, grease in kitchens, sticky dust on cabinets, years off tooth paste in sinks, a toilet that never has been cleaned, a floor that only gets a BONA MOP every other month……
