🌸 Spring Checklist
Before the humidity kicks in, focus on the outdoor unit and airflow.

Clean the Condenser Coils: Use a garden hose to gently wash away dirt, leaves, and grass clippings from the outdoor unit.

Clear the Perimeter: Ensure there is at least 2 feet of clearance around the outdoor unit for proper airflow.

Check the Condensate Drain: Look for clogs in the drain line to prevent water damage or "swampy" smells.

Inspect Fan Blades: Check for chips or wobbling that could indicate a motor issue.

Thermostat Test: Switch to "Cool" mode early in the season to ensure the compressor kicks on and blows cold air.

Over the years I’ve been serviced by quite a few a few different companies. This one is unique in that the speed and communication they give you are exceptional. If I could give 10 stars i would. Needless to say they fixed the issues with the heat pump, thermostat and went beyond by cleaning out the dryer vent.
