Hello everyone, first thank you so much for all the business I have received from everyone and recommendations! I will be making a few changes to my schedule and business so please take the time to read this post!
1.) I will only be allowing myself to work Mon-Fri 9-3.
2.) PLEASE "tidy up" your home before I come clean. If I arrive at the home and you have clothes everywhere, dog/child's toys, shoes, trash all over the home I will be charging an extra $50 per room to clean up.
3.) I will no longer be offering a deep clean service. If you look under services on my page you will see a list of other services I offer that you may add onto your clean for extra cost!

Allowing myself to only work 9-3 gives me more of a schedule to be on when it comes to planning my cleans, and not getting burnt out! This is a very busy, tedious and hard job! I can't allow myself to scrub baseboards from 7am-7pm. It's too much for one person! I will also be taking at least 20minute lunch break obviously to sit down, and refuel.
When asking you to tidy your home before I arrive to clean does not mean you need to do all of your dishes, take your trash out and make your bed...BUT what it does mean is at least throw your shoes in the closet, throw your dinner from last night in the trash, pick your dirty clothes up off the floor...please... when you don't do these things it takes a lot of extra time for me to go into each room to clean up the mess before I even get to the initial clean seeing as this is your home not mine so I have to dig around and find where everything goes.
I will no longer be offering a "deep clean" service. You may look under my "Add-On's" service to see the list of "deep cleanings" I offer and you can add those on to your basic cleans! They will be extra cost for the clean and will be added on to your quote at the time of booking! I made this change because I was allowing my clients to make their own list of everything they want done in a deep clean but wouldn't have a list ready for me at the time of clean so I do what I have time to and it may have not been enough for that person or not exactly what they had in mind for the clean so then I have to come back to make sure my client is satisfied. I am more than happy to schedule your clean for several days if you want a lot of things done but No, I as one person can not scrub every baseboard in a 3,000 sqft home and clean out your kitchen cabinets, do your laundry, and everything in a basic clean, scrub all 4 bathrooms/bedrooms in 6 hours.. not even 8 hours. It will need to be broken up into several days and that will be discussed and prices fairly!
