Happy Monday, hope everyone had a great weekend and a positive start to the week. If there’s anything Grime Guardians can do to support you, give us a shout. We’re very happy to help. #

You know that moment when you finally clean the bathroom and everything looks fresh except one thing still looks grimy? Usually it's the faucet. Nobody talks about it, but everybody notices it. We spend the time on these details because that's what makes a space feel genuinely clean, not just surface-level. Check yours tonight.

Send this to the friend who says they'll handle it this weekend.

You know that sink that's been collecting months of buildup and you just sort of... stopped looking at it? Yeah. Stainless steel underneath. You just forgot. A little technique, the right touch, and suddenly it's a kitchen you actually want to stand in again. This is what we do on every single job.

Send this to someone whose sink needs a reset.

Before/after bathroom floor and toilet base deep clean

Your hours back. Your mind clear. Your space handled.

Save this for the next time the house gets away from you.

You know that moment when a bathroom goes from 'lived in' to 'actually ready for guests'? It's not just the big scrub. It's the details like this: polished holder, fresh rolls, everything where it should be.

When we hand off a space, it looks like someone who cares lives here. Check yours tonight.

You know that moment when you walk into your kitchen and think, 'I should really do something about that fridge'? We do. And we know exactly what that something is.

This one took focus, the right technique, and someone who treats it like their own place. Stainless steel went from fingerprint magnet to mirror-clean. Counters went from lived-in to actually inviting.

That's the standard we hold every single time.

We just finished a move-out bathroom that hadn't been detailed in years. The tub surround had months of buildup, the shower rod was collecting dust, and the grout looked gray. Took us a few hours to bring it back to the standard a new tenant actually wants to move into.

This is what we do on every unit.

Send this to anyone managing turnover.

🚨PSA we do yard cleanup as well. Transform that exterior into a sight for sore eyes.

Months of buildup locks itself into stainless steel. You stop noticing it because it's always been there. Then five minutes of the right technique and suddenly you remember what your sink actually looks like. This is the standard we clean to.

Try this one tonight and see if it holds up.

There's that moment when you catch your reflection in a clean mirror and realize how much grime was sitting between you and a clear view. This bathroom was ready for a reset. And now it's the kind of space guests actually notice. The organized counters, the bright lighting, the clarity. It matters more than people think.

Send this to someone whose bathroom could use the same refresh.
