Happy Earth Cleaning Cooperative

MN's only employee-owned cleaning co-op. We provide professional, eco-friendly home cleaning and office janitorial services. Except it didn’t happen overnight.

Our natural products and green expertise can be personalized to match your residential or commercial cleaning needs. We are MN’s first and only employee-owned cleaning cooperative. When we transitioned from an LLC to a co-op on January 1st, 2020, five of our employees instantly became newly-minted business owners. Those five owners, whom we call our Founding Members, had all worked on the back end

for years. They spent over two years building the structure and protocols for the new co-op before the transition happened. And so began a new era of Happy Earth. We’re like a grocery co-op, except only our employees are allowed to buy-in. Any full-time employee of Happy Earth Cleaning in good standing is welcome to explore their path to part-ownership of our cooperative. And not much else changed. We’re still the professional, eco-friendly cleaning company our community has come to know and love since 2010. Our green residential cleaning and commercial janitor services are 100% chemical-free and safe for all living things, except germs (including COVID-19).

🐕🐈‍⬛ Paws up for progress! Our 12th Annual Pet Drive is off to a great start—$150 raised and 74 pounds of food and supplies collected so far for our friends at The Bond Between (formerly Secondhand Hounds)!

We’re aiming for 275 pounds and $500 by June 30, and we’d love your help to get there.

🦴 Donate puppy or kitten food, cat litter, treats, or other supplies by leaving them out at your cleaning appointment, or dropping off at our office.
💸 Donate money (cash, check, or online at https://www.thebondbetween.org/donate!)
🎟️ For every $5 or 5 pounds donated, you get a raffle ticket for a chance to win a 3-hour cleaning gift card!

Big moves happening over here 📦🎉 After several years at our current location, Happy Earth is moving to a larger space! We're so excited to see what this new chapter brings our (not so little!) co-op and we couldn't have gotten to this point without you- our wonderful customers, friends, and family! And no need to worry: despite the move, our business hours and service area will remain the same. Stay tuned to see how we make the new space our own! 🌱💚

Happy Holidays! At Happy Earth we have a yearly tradition- we draw names and create a unique piece of art for our recipient! We're a little over halfway through our 12th Annual Food Drive! So far, we've raised $1350 and 245lbs out of our goal of $1750 and 400lbs 🙌 Thank you so much to everyone who has already donated! And remember- every 5lbs or $5 donated = 1 entry in a raffle for 3 cleaning hours! Food or monetary donations should be clearly labeled and left our for teams to collect on the day of your appointment. Or donate online at the link in our bio! The drive ends December 31st, 2024.
