Loyalty Cleaning Co. LLC Luxury Cleaning 🫧 1. All appointments must be confirmed by response to a text at least 12 hours in advance. Checks are not accepted.

The text will be sent 24 hours in advance and the client will have 12 hours to respond.

2. All cancellations and rescheduled appointments made within 48 hours of the appointment are subject to be charged half the service fee before rescheduling. The fee is due before another appointment will be scheduled.

3. If client is not home or the home is not accessible, time spent waiting for the appoin

tment to begin counts as time spent on the appointment and will be charged as such.

4. Clients will be removed from the schedule after 3 cancellations or rescheduled appointments made within the 48 hour window.

5. Payment is due within 30 minutes of the appointment through Square. Payments made outside of this window are subject to a $35 late fee due before the next appointment.

Hey guys! So I’m officially back to work and taking clients for the month of August 🙂

Just a couple reminders!

One: I work Monday-Friday 8am-5pm I will not be answering inboxes or texts after work hours.

Two: The fastest response would be to write the business page.

Three: I have a TWO HOUR minimum, meaning you have to book at least two hours of cleaning.

Four: I send out confirmations 24 hours in advance if you do not confirm your appointment, it will be canceled.
