Another pigeon problem taken care of in San Tan Valley!

We removed a bird nest and all accessible debris from underneath two solar arrays, cleaned and sanitized beneath the panels, and installed PVC-coated critter guard around all 23 panels to keep the birds from getting back underneath.

We also pressure washed and sanitized the affected second-story balcony and cleaned up the runoff below, leaving the homeowner with a cleaner, protected space they can enjoy again.

Big transformation out in Chandler! These two large alcoves had become active pigeon nesting and roosting areas, leaving bird waste and debris throughout the courtyard below.

We completely cleaned and sanitized both alcoves, enclosed them with PVC-coated bird exclusion mesh, cleaned the affected courtyard and gutter, and installed five roof-mounted bird deterrent reflectors.

Out in Queen Creek taking care of a favorite pigeon nesting spot. We removed the failed bird spike, cleaned and sanitized the entire area, and fully enclosed the opening with PVC-coated exclusion mesh to keep birds from getting back inside.

When bird spike isn’t the right solution, proper exclusion is the way to go. Another nesting area cleaned up, secured, and restored for the homeowner.

Quick bird spike install we completed on top of this covered patio out in Gilbert.

We waited for the momma and babies to fully fledge before coming back out and eliminating the nesting locations they had been using. The goal is to keep them from returning to the same protected spots next season and making another mess of the patio below.

Sometimes a small amount of properly placed bird spike is all it takes to solve the problem.

This customer was unfortunately left with failing solar critter guard after the original company went out of business and was no longer able to honor their warranty.😤😤😤

We heavily discounted the project to help make a frustrating situation a little easier. 😇 The old failing mesh was removed, the area beneath the solar array was cleaned and sanitized, and the entire system was properly re wrapped with new critter guard.
