courtyard reclaimed in Mesa! 🐦🚫

EvictaBird got this space cleaned, sanitized, and fitted with bird deterrents so the homeowner can enjoy their courtyard again.

The acidic bird droppings had already stained the concrete even after cleanup, some damage remains. Getting ahead of bird activity early helps protect your surfaces before buildup becomes a lasting problem.

That outdoor chandelier wasn’t meant to be a bird hangout! 🐦💡

This Chandler homeowner was tired of sparrows and finches landing on her chandelier and leaving a mess, so she called EvictaBird®.

We stopped by this morning, cleaned and sanitized the fixture, and installed discreet optical gel deterrents to discourage the birds from landing and encourage them to move along. ✅

Sometimes it’s the smallest birds causing the biggest headaches!

Already paid to keep pigeons out from under your solar panels, but they’re still getting in? 🥴

We see this far too often. Poorly fitted mesh, cheap materials, and weak clips can leave openings for pigeons to get right back underneath, leaving homeowners paying for the same job twice.

At EvictaBird®, we use heavy-duty PVC-coated mesh, secure attachments, and a custom fit that follows the roof’s contours. The details matter. 💪

Pretty surreal seeing the EvictaBird story featured on NewsBreak.

What started as a late-night idea has grown into a licensed, bonded and insured local business serving homeowners across the Phoenix area. In our first year we’ve passed 50 five-star Google reviews, earned our contractor’s license, secured the EvictaBird trademark and helped a whole lot of homeowners take their properties back from persistent bird problems.

Still just getting started. 💪🐦

Some post-and-tension bird wire work this morning 😎

This setup eliminates perch points while keeping a super low profile. From the ground, you can barely even tell it’s there.

Simple, clean, and effective. 🐦

Another one knocked out in Goodyear today! 💪

We wrapped a 20-panel solar array, installed custom mesh exclusions on two roof transitions near the front walkway, and repaired some failed exclusion work on the side of the home.

If you’re dealing with pigeons nesting under solar panels or getting into roof transitions around your home, EvictaBird specializes in custom exclusion solutions throughout the Phoenix metro.

Take a look at today’s work! 👀🐦
