⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ This is what expert bird control looks like.
When pigeons take over a roof, the solution isn’t just chasing birds away — it’s identifying where they’re roosting, removing the mess, and installing the right exclusion system to keep them from coming back.

Reviews like this are why Raptor continues to set the standard for bird control and exclusion across the Valley. If pigeons are nesting, roosting, or destroying your property, call the team that specializes in solving the problem the right way.

Rodents in the walls are one thing. Rodents using the plumbing system to move through a property? That takes a different level of expertise. 🐀🔎
Jake is on-site at a local church tracking down clear signs of rodent activity inside the plumbing — the kind of hidden pathway that can keep an infestation going even after the obvious entry points have been addressed.
This is exactly why Raptor Pest Solutions has become one of the Valley’s go-to teams for serious rodent problems. Their approach goes beyond traps and bait. They investigate how rodents are getting in, where they’re traveling, and what needs to be sealed or corrected to stop the problem at the source.
When rodents keep coming back, you need more than basic pest control.
You need Raptor. The Valley’s rodent experts.

Reviews like this mean everything to us.

This customer had been dealing with a serious rat and mouse problem for almost 16 years and had already been quoted thousands of dollars elsewhere. Instead of jumping straight to an expensive solution, Jake took the time to inspect the property, investigate the attic, and dig deeper into where the problem was actually coming from.

That investigation pointed toward the plumbing system — and a smoke test helped uncover a breach that could finally explain the ongoing rodent activity.

At Raptor Pest Solutions, the goal isn’t just to treat what you can see. It’s to find the source of the problem and build the right solution around it. 🐀🔎

Huge thank you to this customer for trusting Jake and the Raptor team with their home — and for taking the time to leave such an incredible review.

Where are the rodents actually coming from? 🐀🔦

Jake installed a Sewer Assassin cleanout cap at this customer’s home and armed it with Detex bait to help trace the source of the activity.

When Raptor comes back, the team can inspect any new droppings with a UV light. If those droppings glow, it’s a strong indicator the rodent interacted with the bait inside the plumbing system — helping confirm that the infestation is originating from the sewer line, not somewhere else around the home.

No guessing. Just a smarter way to identify the source and build the right exclusion plan.

That’s why Raptor Pest Solutions uses tools like Sewer Assassin to investigate pest problems other companies may overlook.
