WE ARE HIRING ! LOOKING FOR 2-3 MORE CLEANERS!!

We are a vacation rental cleaning company that service over 100 homes in the valley. We are currently looking for a cleaner who can work in the East Valley and sometimes Scottsdale area. Must have vacation rental cleaning experience. Eye to detail a must. Typical hours are 10 am to 3pm depending on how many turns there are that day. Biggest needs right now are Friday Saturday, Sunday & Monday

We do most linen off site, which would be picked up and dropped off at our office in Chandler.

All jobs pay FLAT RATE! The hourly listed is a guestimate on hours it should take to complete the job based on the pay for that job. Efficiency and time management is key!

Requirements:

You must have Own Transportation

You must have your Own Supplies

This is a 1099 position

Must be presentable, you might interact with a guest or a host

Flexible and go with the flow being a vacation rental cleaner sometimes is hectic!

Responsibilities

Perform thorough cleaning of vacation rental spaces, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, stripping beds, making beds look inviting
Manage laundry duties (once in a while you will need to wash some items on site, usually towels)
Maintain floor care by sweeping, mopping and vacuuming
Ensure all guest supplies are stocked and organized
Must have a phone for mapping to units and taking photos
Job Types: Part-time, Contract

We are hiring !!

I own a vacation rental cleaning company in Chandler. We are looking to hire 1-2 more cleaners. Things are starting to pick up and we currently service about 150 properties in the valley. We service Scottsdale, EV and a little of Phoenix.

*This is a 1099 position
Start times are 10 or 11 am depending on check out and need to be completed by 3-4pm depending on check in.

flat rate per house

Must have reliable transportation

Must have your own supplies

Most linens are done off site at our office so pick up and drop off in Chandler is a must

We are rapidly growing this summer and we are hiring ASAP!!

We service over 100 homes in the Phoenix area. I am mostly looking for help in the East Valley and Scottsdale area. Once in a while Phoenix.
